2. Service Description

Fotobae provides a range of photo booth rental services, including 360 Rotating Photo Booth, Magazine Vogue Box Booth, Classic Photo Booth, Mirror Photo Booth, and Standard Photo Booth, as well as photo booth add-ons like high-end cameras, lighting, and instant printing. Our services are available in specific areas, including Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Hoboken, Manalapan, Marlboro, Old Bridge, Red Bank, and Asbury Park.

3. Website and Mobile Application Use

Fotobae’s website and mobile application are designed to help clients explore, book, and manage our services. Users must agree to the following conditions:

• Permitted Use: You may use the website and mobile app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to Fotobae’s services. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

• Content Ownership: All content on the Fotobae website and app, including images, videos, graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive property of Fotobae. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately to Fotobae. We are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized use.

4. Booking and Payment

To secure a booking, clients must pay a non-refundable deposit upon signing a contract. The remaining balance is due before the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation. Fotobae reserves the right to adjust pricing; however, confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the event Fotobae cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

6. Usage and Content

All media captured by Fotobae at your event may be used by Fotobae for promotional purposes, such as social media, website content, and advertising. Please inform Fotobae in writing before your event if you do not consent to this use.

7. User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions from on-site attendants. Fotobae reserves the right to refuse service for any inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
